28. 14 September 1973 - Landscaping (Rodrigue & DeGannes property)
a) East, South and North Boundary of DeGannes Property
i) Main Post:
- 6" x 8" diameter Ø
- placed 8 pieds apart (approximately)
ii) Piquets:
- 3 x 4" diameter Ø
- well spiked on street side of ribband
- 6 pieds (6' 4") high above ground
- top of piquets to be irregular sloped
- set loosely one against the other
iii) Main Post Braces:
- installed 60 o (approximately) diagonally
- half lapped in main post
- small stake driven in ground holds them in place
iv) Interior Fence:
- construction details similar to above
- 4' high
- very uneven tops
- no braces
b) East Boundary Fence of Rodrigue Property
i) like DeGannes fence
ii) south and west fence - see DeGannes
29. 3 October 1973 - Block 1: Landscaping
Engineer's piquet fence, at juncture of magazin general, to be extended and to be modified, if necessary, later, to meet garden shed.
