... to the Sheriff of the County of Halifax or his Deputy; Greetings: We command you to attach the Goods, Chattles, or the estate of Gotlieb Hirnish Lunenburg ... to the Value of Sixty Eight pounds and also to summon the said Gotlieb Hirnish ... to appear before our Justices of our Supreme Court ... on the first Tuesday of April next ... to answer the Suit of Samuel Sparrow ... upon a Certain promissory Note under the hand of the said Gotlieb, payable to the Said Samuel .... this Eighteenth Day of October in the twenty Seventh Year of our Reign ... 1787 ...
