Resolved: That the Plates and Charts of the Atlantic Neptune delivered by Agreement, executed, valued at the sum of £5000 -- be charged to the Debit of Sparrow at that Sum giving him Credit for these in the Hands of Mr Johnson, and estimated at £
But Should Mr Sparrow hereafter deliver a regular Account of the Sales and Satisfactory Proof to the Majority of the Arbitrators that the Charts & Plates now in the Warehouse on Snow Hill are the true Residue of all he received __ then the same shall be taken by Mr Desbarres, and Sparrow have Credit for the said Sum again.
