At a Council held in the Council Chamber in the Government House at Sydney 17th of June 1788
A petition from the Honorable Colonel Cuyler for two Lots fronting on The Esplanade, and bounded on the North Side by York Street, to same along on the side of the said street back to Charlotte Street and to front the breadth of two lots on Charlotte Street, was presented.
The same having been considered, the Board ordered that the same be granted and that a warrant of survey be issued to lay about the same ... Warrant of Survey to be issued ...
