NOTE:
The "Ship Adamant" was a vessel of
327 Tons and The "Ship St. Lawrence" [sometimes Saint Lawrence] was a vessel of 297
tons.
Later that summer, on July 19, 1779, these same 2 ships, from London,
again arrived in Halifax, and as of September 2, 1779, were still in Halifax.
