Greeting We Command you, that you take John George and Andrew Cumming late of Halifax Cabinet Makers, and [sic] upholsterers, & Copartners in Trade ... so that you may have them before us in our Supreme Court in Halifax on the Second Tuesday of April next, to answer to Samuel Sparrow Merchant in a plea of Trespass on the Case as by Declaration to be filed in due time may appear ... this twenty fourth Day of October in the twenty Sixth Year of our Reign ... 1786 ...
