Samuel Sparrow of Halifax Merchant the plaintif in this Cause maketh Oath and Saith that the Defendant Joseph White Stands Justly and Truly Indebted to this Depondent in the within Sum [or?] Ballance of Thirty Six pounds; Eight Shillings Currency for the particulars and in manner and form as in the within Account is Set down which Account the Deponent Saith is Just and True in every particular for which Sum the Depondent has not, nor has any person or persons whatsoever for him received any payment or Satisfaction
