Samuel Sparrow of Halifax Merchant the plaintif above named Maketh Oath and Saith that the above Account is Just and true in every particular, and that the Defendant Alexander Clunes Stands really and Truely Indebted to this Depondent in the above Sum of fourteen pounds; fourteen Shillings Currency for the Timber above particularly mentioned Sold by the Depondent to the said Alexander Clunes at his Special Instances and request, for which Sum the Deponent has not, nor has any person or persons Whatsoever for him received any payment or Satisfaction./
