Samuel Sparrow of Halifax Merchant the plaintif above named Maketh Oath and Saith that the above Account is Just and true in every particular, and that the Defendant Alexander Clunes Stands really and Truely Indebted to this Depondent in the above Sum of fourteen pounds; fourteen Shillings Currency for the Timber above particularly mentioned Sold by the Depondent to the said Alexander Clunes at his Special Instances and request, for which Sum the Deponent has not, nor has any person or persons Whatsoever for him received any payment or Satisfaction./

                           Sworn before me this 15th Day of 
                           September 1786 ...

We Command you, that you take Alexander Clunes of Halifax in the County of Halifax Carpenter ... so that you may have him before us in our Supreme Court at Halifax on the Second Tuesday of October next ... this twenty fifth Day of July in the twenty Sixth Year ... 1786 ...  

Mr. Sparrow presents his Compt to Sheriff Green begs leave to Inform him that the Suit between himself & W Clunes is satisfied by his note at [Lixweekly?] therefore begs he write Between the Writ ~ Satisfied
