Lieutenant Governor Macarmick presents his Compliments to Mr. Cossit and encloses a List of Persons who are to pay three Guineas each as the Governor's Fees for Grants of Land assigned to them in Council, and it would make the Governor happy if Mr. Cossit and the Church Wardens would have the Goodness to undertake to cause them to work out their respective Sums on completing the Inside of the Church, by burning Lime, plastering and Erecting a Communion Table, a Pulpit, and Desk and a Government Seat, etc, etc….Government
