At a Meeting
of the Arbitrators on Thursday the

March 1791, at the
Gray's Inn Coffee House
Present - Sr W D, Sr H M, Mr B, Mr
S, Mr P.
"Mr Sparrow not having attended the meeting pursuant to the notice given him nor produced the Books and Papers necessary for the Information of the Referees, and for which they have long waited __ Resolved that a further notice be given to him that an Adjournment of this meeting is made to Monday the 4 of April, and not to be requested to attend on that Day with such Books & Papers as were mentioned in the former notice, and that in Case he shall then for the 2d Time neglect to attend the Referees will proceed upon Such Evidence as has already been laid before them and upon Such or Shall be produced by Govr Desbarres as the best that can be obtained."
M Martin is directed to Serve the above notice to Sparrow, without delay.
