A general Review of Sparrows overcharges. The unjustifiable Seizure of Desbarres Estates when nothing was due to Sparrow who was indebted to Desbarres__ which act would naturally depreciate his Character, and of course injure him in his Public, and private Situation.

He has driven Some of the Tenants from his Land, of Commands between Landlord and tenants.

Deprivation of an honourable Situation, from underhand Information given to govt of ill founded guilt against D __ who need the Govt as award for faithfull and eminent Service.

£1412.17.7 Lumber, carried out at the Prices changed__because they appear purchased and received by Agreements with Govr Desbarres Offices.

The Arbitrators however observe to themselves to make an Allowance if it should appear that Farmers Prices were lower __ The Treasury have been applied to for these Accounts, but cannot find them.

The Balance appears in Octr 1787 to be in favor of DesBarres £557.3.7 __Amt by Sparrow Acche makes only 200.7.6. ___ Difference £356.16.1. which arises from the Deduction Stated viz.
