Sparrow produced a Certificate from S Blowers Atty that he had withdrawn the Attachment 23 Oct 1789.
He says he had from 9 to 4000£ protested Bills __ was compelled to attach not having the Security delivered in.
Tait's Letter, of the 31 May 1790, was read
Sparrows Says, that the Amount of the Loss has been made a public charge.
Bill, Sydney 19 Oct 1786 for £493.2.5 _ Sparrows says that all the goods were not delivered in.
