Mr. Sparrow observed observed that as there are some considerable creditors in consequence of [holdiy?] Protested Bill for Supplies of Provisions, Lumber and [suncey?] to Lieutenant Governor Des Barres in the Settlement of this Island. That such Lands be secured to such Creditors or Creditors who may act as his Agent or Agents - therein with full power, that if such Bills and Accounts are not Satisfied within two years such Estates be Sold and the proceeds discharging Such Debts or Debts-Expense these [terues?] Mr.Sparrow thinks the request highly reasonable.
It is Mr. Moore's opinion that governor Des Barres should enjoy every Such of Lands that he has improved at his own Expense ...
