          In the Name of God Amen Be it Known to all men by these presents that I Collin Fraser of Sydney Island of Cape Breton being sound in Judgement and ripe of understanding yet weak and infirm and not knowing the will of the Almighty God Do make this my Last will and Testament And by these presents do leave and bequeath to my dear and weel beloved wife Christian Fraser All and whole my whole Estates Hereditaments moveables and unmoveables goods Year & Effects with whatsoever all & Sundry the Sums of Money that I am at present hossessed of or any other manner of way by Bond Bale or Account Giving & Granting to her the liferent of the same And failling of her to my Dear & weele beloved beloved son Andrew Fraser or Andrew Fraser now in Briton her the said Christian Fraser or Andrew Fraser Discharging all & Sundry Whatsoever Debts Accounts or any other manner of way which is now or may hereafter be Contacted on the account of my my [sic] said Estate aforesaid And [?] now hereby Renounce and revoke all and every any other persons Claiming or that my [pretend?] to claim as hers of the Same hereby Giving and Granting to the foresaid Christian Fraser Sole power & authority to do and transact in all manner of Means as sole Excutrix for the before mentioned Andrew Fraser my lawful Son in every respect as I now truely do signify [?ness] whereof I have hereunto [Sell] my hand and [Seal] at Sydney this thirteenth day of Dec. 1787 before & in presence of Donald McGilvray of Sydney aforesaid Donald McGrigten and Dond Dunbar of the 42^d high witnesses
