The
Honble Mr Rodgers and Mr Sparrow from the Committee
appointed by this Board the 9th May last, is examine and report upon the
accounts of [crossed out: the] expenditures of Public Money in
[crossed out: Fst] government from the 19th Novr
1784 to the 24 March 1786 inclusive brought in and laid before the Council
therein report as follows the Honble M Haire being absent ---
We have compared the Accounts of the Expenditure of the Public Money from the 19th. Novr 1784 to the 24th.. March 1786 inclusive amounting to the sum of fourteen thousand one hundred and forty five pounds fourteen shillings and four pence Stg - with the Vouchers in support thereof and find the same to Correspond exactly with the several Charges Charges [sic] therein expressed.
