SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
In 1755 exchange between Choumerrin and
Gouet it was stipulated that a passage
4 pieds wide be left between their two
houses
CHANGES OF OWNERSHIP:
1754
- in return for Gouet's skills as
a carpenter in building a house
on his fauxbourg property, Choumerin
ceded a piece of this land, extending
35 pieds along the road to the Royal
Battery, to Gouet
1755
- Gouet was relieved of this obligation
in regard to the fauxbourg land.
Instead he agreed to exchange the
land he had been given for another
portion of this property and to
build a house there. In both
contracts Choumerin was to supply
the building materials.
