CHANGES OF OWNERSHIP:
date unknown. Damastaye controlled thispiece of land in the 1750s. When Detcheverry
died in 17 he left another piece of land
to Damastaye and Blaise Cassagnolle. An
undated plan from around 1750 indicates they
jointly owned this one as well. Rental
agreements for the property in the 1750s,
however, were entered into by Damastaye alone.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
date unknown (probably around 1750). Plan
shows two buildings and a chaufaud.
1742
- a court case involved the theft of
sheep from property held by Detcheverry and
Cassagnolle. Since this property was owned
solely by Detcheverry, the theft probably
took place at Cassagnolle's concession, which
was being rented by Detcheverry and Cassagnolle.
1752 - 19 vigneaux, a grave and a cabane with a double chimney

- property rented to Albert Alberie Baron
D'Huart for 2 years at 900 livres a year plus
"Le part de Six Bariques dans Les Vaux du dt. Sr d'huart de Bayenne en ce port chacun des
dittes deux années". Damastaye retained the
right to cut and remove hay from property.
1754 - property rented by Fabien Dulong and François Solignac for 1,400 livres.
