sister Isabelle and her husband Gabriel
Philipon for 100 livres
1753 - Pierre Herpin sold his portion to his
sister Marie and her husband Noel Rosse
1755 - Charles Herpin sold his portion to Marie
and Noel for 1800 livres
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
1739
- handmade grave measuring 24 toises x 25 toises; Piquet cabane covered with planks measuring 45 pieds x 16 pieds; vigneaux - each 38 toises long; house 38 pieds x 20 pieds "piquet couverte de plan de bois"; 2 gardens - 48 pieds x 30 pieds and 36 pieds square enclosed in piquets; a small cabane with a four de terre in bad condition; and 2 small cabanes for chickens and goats. Estimated value 3100 livres.

Jean measured 1 toise 4 pieds 3 pouces 3 lignes on
shore and 2 toises 10 pouces 3 lignes on road. It does not
seem to have been developed.
1753
- piece sold by
Pierre measured the same and also does not seem to have been developed.
1755
- piece sold by Charles measured 5 toises 4 1/2 pieds on shore. It had a house, grave and vigneaux. Larger size due to 1739 exchange with his mother.
