pre-1731- Toulon died; property in hands of wife, Marie Bonneau, and children

1742 - sold to François Lessenne at auction for 1,300 livres

1743 - sold to Nicolas Gaudin for 1,720 livres

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: 

1731 - cabane, 13 vigneaux and a grave measuring 8 pieds x 15 pieds
1736 - unoccupied for several years; fallen into ruins

OTHER INFORMATION: 

In 1731 Toulon's widow sought to rent the habitation because her children were not
old enough to maintain it. By then she was married to Martin Gibou dit La Motte. In
1736 it was rented to François Lucas for 100 livres a year on condition that he fix
up the property, repair the vigneaux and build a cabane.
