DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
This property was said to be on the north
shore. Usually this meant the properties
starting with Veuve Ferret (see # 86)
and running to the barachois Pledien.
However, the small size of the property
and a reference to its being situated
near a lime kiln and "Borice" make it
unlikely that it was a "north shore"
concession. All of the latter were
sizeable pieces of land. The only lime
kiln in that area was erected for use in
building the Royal Battery. The properties
in that area, however, can pretty well be
accounted for.
