- probably divided among his heirs

- Marie Maxrhand, Veuve Pinet, sold land to Pierre Pellot which bordered on that of Charles Pinet fils. Both parcels were probably part of the original concession. Selling price only 30 livres.

- Pellot or Pénot sold part (30 pieds x 35 pieds) of the property to Jean Tubert dit Tubert for 30 livres
1752
- a month later Tubert sold his land, along with building supplies, to Grégoire Chapelard for 125 livres.
