1756 - Jacques relinquished his to Magdelaine Lartigue, Veuve Fautoux

1757 - She sold it to Antoine Simon for 1,000 livres

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: 

1754 - piquet house fram on Robert's portion
1756 - house on Jacques' 30 pieds x 20 pieds. Piquet with double chimney of stone and clay. Roof planks covered with sod. Main room and kitchen

OTHER INFORMATION: 

When Jacques fils' land was surrendered to Veuve Fautoux land was occupied by a tenant,
Sieur Cireaud, a surgeon.
