1721 - land acquired by La Bretonnaire
1735- La Bretonnaire banished from Ile Royale for theft. Her property was sold
at an auction to the profit of the king. Her land was purchased by Maryol.
1740 - land sold to Michel Le Breton
1755 - Le Chesnay was granted land adjacent to the Royal Battery. He already held land to the southwest. How this came about is not clear. Le Breton may have abandoned his claim on the return of the French in 1749.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
1735 - house and enclosed garden; probably a stable.
