The pond and stream were considered part of the concession

CHANGES OF OWNERSHIP: 

date unknown - De Mézy sold the land to Bernard Muiron

date unknown - property acquired by Castaing

1752 - Castaing sold land to Prévost for 3500 livres

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: 

1732 - menagerie on property

1752 - number of buildings included in sale

This was not a fishing property. Land used for gardening, cutting hay and raising animals.

OTHER INFORMATION: 

1739 - A dispute between De Mézy and Petitpas over bounds of their respective
properties. Eventually settled to their mutual satisfaction.
