CHANGES OF OWNERSHIP:
1738 - a plan shows De Gannes as holder of
a concession directly north of Bourville's.
Most of this concession occupies an area
which should have been part of the property
granted to Ste. Marie in 1726. How or when
it came to De Gannes has not been determined.
1752 - a rental agreement between Antoine Morin
(then owner of the Bourville property) and
Catherine Dinon indicated that the land to
the north was held by Genier. Again it is not
known how he came by the land as there is no
record of a sale.
