1977

38. 14 January 1977 - Le Neuf de la Vallière 

- height: 

- 8 pieds 6 pouces (approximately)

- [main] posts: 

- at intervals as indicated by archaeologist

- 7-8 pouce diameter

- intermediate posts: 

- 4-6 pouce diameter

- bark left on piquets

39. 23 February 1977- Fauxbourg Bus Shelter

- height: 

- 8 pieds (approximately)

40. 5 April 1977 - Block 16: Lots D & E

De la Plagne Fence:

- piquet in trench

- height set at a previous meeting

- bracing along the lines of some "as-found" fences

- 2-sloped capping would be appropriate

- slivers of logs in the gaps between irregular piquets, perhaps to prevent wind and/or view, a possibility

41. 25 April 1977 - Quay and Rue Toulouse: Landscaping

Temporary Fence Across Quay in line with east wall of Grandchamp House:

- could be similar to the one that runs across Rue Toulouse

- boards hand sawn

- period nails
